Support for GECL Software
GECL software is well supported. We provide a help-desk, which at
this stage is staffed only during normal working hours. The help-desk
is able to provide remote support (using free or inexpensive remote support
software). We can provide on-site training, consulting, and other
assistance whenever required. We also have a web-based support
facility, that provides general assistance. This is especially useful
for known installation problems.
